Happy New year everyoneššššÆšÆšššš š.
Today is the 3rd day of the first month of the first year in the decade and I am sure plenty people have New year resolutions: weight loss resolutions….flat tummy goalsš š…good dieting…(not eating eggs too much š). The year is still new and fresh and we have hope that we can attain these goals at the end of the year.
What we fail to do, however, is to plan on how we are going to achieve these Goals. (Well at least I know I didn’t use to plan at allš¬š¤).
One thing I learnt recently is to live a day at a time. Days makes months and years so In planning my day, I am planning my year.
I believe OurThing with the Lord requires us to live a day at a time with Him right by our side.
Jesus knew He had to die for us so we can live when he was here on Earth and I have never read in my Bible that Jesus skipped a year of His life. And even in the hardest time of His life, where he could have actually skipped the day(Luke 22:42-44), He chose to live it.
My point is, It is important to live a day at a time just as Christ did. Our lives will be better and our goals will be attainable if we plan our lives daily, with Him by our side. His Mercies are new every morning. And He gives us His grace for every single day.
The amazing part is, He will never leave us or forsake us.
And that’s Our thing, He walks with us a day at a time.
Ps: Thank You all for reading #Ourthing every time I come your way with itšš¤. God bless you so much for reading and I trust that You have been inspired and encouraged one way or the other to pursue God and Have a thing with Him too.
I pray that God does some significant things in Your life this year. May You hear only Good news through out the year in the name of Jesus. Above all, I pray that you fall much much more deeper in Love with Jesus Christ. I love you But Jesus loves You Best.
Let’s do 2020 together, shall wešš
